The Sankofa Collective will present the Reigional Premiere of this timely and vibtant musical coming of age tale in 2025.
Lights up on new jersalem, 2015. After a series of failed attempts at providing their own salvation, Cain and Able-- different in life experiences, mindset and shade of skin-- realize the violent assignment that has been thrust upon them and decide to take mattersinto their own hands. This meta-theatrical poetic exploration poses questions about destiny, faith and the audacity of hope in an uncdrtain world.
